Terms and conditions

Payment policy :
- Room rates are inclusive of 10% tax, 5% service charge.
- Room charge should me made to guarantee the booking
- Non-guaranteed booking will be released by 16h of the arrival date

Check-in / out policy:
- Check in: 14:00hrs
- Check out: 12:00hrs
- Early check in and Late check out: subject to room availability and extra charge.

Early check in policy
- Before 09:00: charge full rate
- From 10:00 - 13:00 charge half rate

Late check-out policy:
- Late check-out must be notified to the Front Desk the night before and subject to availability.
- Late check out from 12h00 to 18h00: 50% room rate
- Check out after 18:00: 100% surcharge

Child Policy:
- Children under 6 years old or under 1.5m are free if sharing bed with parents.
- Children over 6-11 years old charge 250,000VND/night and sharing the existing bed(s)
- Children from 12 charge 300,000VND (01 extra mattress may be set on the floor and in types of Family, Pre Deluxe or Deluxe)

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation 02 days prior to arrival, there will be no charge and deposit will be refunded (with in 4-5 working weeks)
- Cancellation within 02 days from arrival date or no show will not be refunded.

IN-HOUSE REGULATIONS
 

• Accommodation will only be provided to guests who are registered at the hotel’s reception desk.
• Guests are provided with a room key upon arrival and registration at the hotel’s reception desk.
• Please store all valuable items and money in the safety box in your room. Hotel will not deem itself responsible in case of loss (except items deposited at the front desk)
• To take good care of items and rooms foreseen for common use by guests. Broken items or loss are subject to a compensation charge.
• It is not allowed to disturb other guests.
• Pets and animals are not allowed in the hotel.
• Check out time is 12:00 o’clock noon. Early check in or late check out will subject to availability and charge half rate (until 18:00 o’clock). After 18:00 o’clock one night room charge will be applied. The hotel retains the right to deny the guest a prolongation of stay based on the original reservation if there is a justified reason.
• It is forbidden to bring into the hotel flammable materials, explosives or firearms.
• It is forbidden to bring food and beverage into the hotel.
• After check out, guests may use the hotel facilities.
• Visitors in the rooms are permitted only upon approval and registration at the reception desk (leaving an identity card).
• The use of ironing boards, portable burners and other heating devices is strictly forbidden.
• The hotel may deny further accomodation to a guest who does not comply with the house rules.
• WE ARE NON-SMOKING HOTEL, Charge will be applied in case of failure.
